Imagine yourself as an intern student. You are in your twenties, you live on the East Coast, and you just signed up for a sixteen-month internship with a West Coast based company. You’ve got about a month to pack, and then you’re off to discover the new frontier.

Well, not only can I imagine this, I can also tell you about it, as I am a University student doing an internship in Vancouver – Burnaby area of British Columbia. Staying here fore quite a while I plan to work hard, but also have lots of fun, and I want to share this fun with you.

The objective is to have 365 entries on this blog by the time I leave, thus making it a year-long guide to as much of Greater Vancouver Area and British Columbia as I can explore.

 

My writing style is not the most elegant, but I will do my best to try and improve. If you have any comments or suggestions, I sure welcome it all. Specifically, if you could suggest interesting places that I could visit, foods to eat, …etc, please let me know as I want to get as much out of my stay as possible.
