One of the co-ops is very fond of Greek food, so evidently were going to visit at least one Greek place in the first month. Actually, we visited two already, but right now I only have one picture.

Personally, I liked the place. It is a bit cheap looking, but the owners tried to make it as Greek as possible. Of course, I’ve been to Greece once, and although I only vaguely remember, I think I remember enough to say that Minoas is still pretty far from the real thing. They could however really benefit by at least playing traditional Greek music. Not that they do it in Greece, but we are not in Greece
For about $14 buks after tip I had a well done spanakopita meal with vegy and salad. Most of the crew had similar priced food. One significant drawback – they were really slow in cooking during lunch time. We had to wait for about 30 minutes before our food arrived. However, we got their # so we could pre-order next time, if there will be next time.
I was told just the other day that when a group of co-workers went there some time ago, a few of them got food poisoning, which they sure must’ve come from the food. I would imagine that food poisoning is not the most desired feeling, but I think I will risk it for a somewhat low price and a short walk.
This place is probably only 3/5, but I’ll go there again.
